Study Grants for Rural Students of Health Studies
Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora has partnered with Rural Women New Zealand | Ngā Wahine Taiwhenua o Aotearoa for a one-off opportunity to provide financial assistance to rural students of health studies.
The Study Grants for Rural Students of Health Studies will be awarded to students who are from rural or regional communities and are enrolled in a health qualification that will benefit healthcare offerings in rural communities. Applications are open to students of medicine, dental, midwifery, nursing (including enrolled nurses and nurse practitioners) and the allied health workforce who are enrolled in study with a recognised New Zealand tertiary provider.
Cynthia Collier Grant
This Grant is intended to support projects and activities focussed on children, the elderly, community, conservation, counselling or education. Read more to see if your eligible.
Scotlands Te Kiteroa Charitable Grant
The fund aims to assist individuals, groups and organisations in country areas and rural towns. Grants are made for projects and activities in the following categories: children, care, elderly, community, conservation, counselling and education.
Assistance is needed in the following categories: The welfare of children and the elderly. Community, Conservation, Education.

Community Fund
This fund aims to assist a person or group, who may be facing a natural disaster and/or going through a particularly difficult circumstance where assistance is needed. This includes:
Families in time of natural disaster – fire, flood etc.
The elderly, the young, or any family or person for their particular need.
