Being a member allows you to meet fellow rural women in your community through activities, events, education and training days and workshops. It also gives you the opportunity to meet rural women from across New Zealand through events like our business awards and annual conference.

We provide our members with opportunities to learn new skills and build professional networks in the agribusiness and rural sectors, as well as fostering the next generation of rural women leaders at the local and national level.

Rural Women NZ is a trusted voice on the issues that affect rural communities and with the help of members like you we advocate on issues involving education, health, connectivity and community and social inclusion.

We keep our members in the know about the issues affecting rural communities and member news through our Express magazine, e-newsletters and via social media channels.

We support our members through charitable funding and practical resources to strengthen communities and build their resilience. We also offer a range of funds and grants including our adverse events relief fund and a variety of scholarships and bursaries to assist rural students to access educational opportunities.
