The Bitches’ Box are bringing their show to the RWNZ National Conference

We are extremely excited to have comics Emma Newborn and Amelia Dunbar (who was our Supreme Award winner for the 2022 NZI Rural Women NZ Business Awards) join us for a night of entertainment at our National Conference this year

Comedy duo The Bitches’ Box has provided quality entertainment to rural communities for the last decade. They will be bringing their third show Life’s A Bitch: A hilarious comedy told through the eyes of two Swiss ex-circus dogs who’ve emigrated to Neuseeland to become ‘WOOFers’

Fresh out of quarantine and off on their big adventure, the campervan Heidi and Helga are traveling in loses a wheel, miles from anywhere. Whilst they seek the services of the local rural garage they are introduced to an array of dogs who are also passing through

Barb, the garage owner’s fecund dog, Trixie, a wilful young duck dog in training and Stocky the stock truck dog, show our international visitors a side of New Zealand culture you didn’t even know existed.

Finally, it’s Wayne and Pip, two farm dogs stuck in a dog crate on the back of a farmers ute, who deliver some honest facts about NZ life and it really blows the Swiss dogs’ minds.
