Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking to assist rural individuals, communities and groups, with a particular emphasis on rural women and children, who are in urgent need due to a declared adverse event such as drought, fires, floods or earthquakes.

 

Eligibility criteria:

  • Rural individuals and community groups who have experienced financial hardship due to the consequences of an adverse event.

  • Assistance in times of natural disaster.

Include the following with your application:

  • Applicants should send detailed reasons for seeking financial assistance, including the name, address and phone number of a referee who may be contacted if necessary.

  • Applications may be made on behalf of another person or group.
