Dianne, alongside her husband Paul, are the dynamic duo behind the 100% Kiwi owned, sustainable, and certified lime grower - The Limery. Nestled in the scenic landscapes of Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay, they embarked on a mission to turn citrus into liquid gold after realising there was a shortage of limes in the domestic market.

With a passion for start-ups and previous experience within the beverage industry, Di has always been captivated by the magic of transforming raw materials into something extraordinary.

What started as a seasonal venture centered around whole fruit quickly blossomed, with the business selling limes by the kilo and even by the tonne. With growth came innovation, and Di led the charge in creating The Limery’s juicing facility, championing sustainability at their core. She is the powerhouse in the 'engine room,' overseeing the nitty-gritty of The Limery’s operations.

But for Di, it's not just business; it's about community too. She's a firm believer in giving back, evident through initiatives like Te Rau Haumako, which creates opportunities for local talent.

Her mantra? "If you don't give it a go, you'll never know." She embodies the spirit of hard work, determination, and the 'can-do' Kiwi attitude.
