About Ruanui Station

After many years of frustrating wool returns, Meredith & Andrew Carpenter began producing blankets from their lambs wool produced at Ruanui Station.

What started out as a small diversification, it has now morphed into a larger scale operation, producing many products from throws, baby blankets, picnic blankets to pet beds and jerseys.

All the Ruanui Station products are manufactured in New Zealand, something which is very important to the Carpenters. The wool is first scoured in Hawkes Bay, spun in Wellington and then woven in Auckland. A NZ produced product from the hills of Taihape to now many homes around the world.
