Janyne Fletcher’s distinctive and beautiful art works blend the stories of Central Otago landscapes and people. Janyne has had a long connection with creative fine art and landscape photography and she prints and frames all of her own work. She regards this process of “playing” with different media, mounts and framing as an integral part of her creative process. Her contemporary and creative photography has earned her a number of nationally and internationally recognised distinctions including being recognised as a Grand Master of the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers, which is the Institute's highest distinction. Janyne sells her work from her workshop and gallery on the main street of Ranfurly, a small rural town in Central Otago. This is very much a working gallery and an approachable but professional space that reflects her relaxed approach to life and living in New Zealand. Buying or not, Janyne likes to show customers artworks they might enjoy, creating the best possible experience and sharing the provenance of Central Otago.
