Hannah Rae - Grief & Life Coach
About Hannah Rae - Grief & Life Coach
Hannah is a coach who deeply understands the wilderness of loss and life transitions. Having endured multiple profound losses herself, including the deaths of her father, best friend, and grandfather in quick succession the year she turned thirty, Hannah has an intimate familiarity with compounding layers of grief and how this impacts our identity, belief systems and mindset.
She is now reshaping paradigms around grief and loss, and has created her unique coaching methodology, RECLAIM, that equips others with the tools to grieve consciously and to play an active role in their grief and life journeys. She blends practical guidance (after all, she’s a farm girl from the deep south with a previous career in civil engineering) with education on the mind-body connection and trauma-informed principles.
Based in Manapouri, Southland she meets clients virtually, her practice primarily serves rural women, many of whom are high-achievers and thought leaders in the rural space. Growing up on a farm in Southland gives Hannah a deep understanding of the unique challenges and experiences that accompany rural life, with one client sharing that "being cut from the same cloth" makes all the difference, particularly when working together through tender and heart-breaking challenges.
Hannah's clients have undertaken profound personal transformations under her guidance - working together through the death of a loved one, injury and illness, empty nesting, relationship breakup, and more - to reclaim their authentic selves, rekindle joy, and regain confidence to rise from some of life’s toughest challenges.
