About Atér

Atér was established by Georgina Lawson and her husband, after deciding they wanted to use the fibre grown on their sheep and beef farm in East Otago to help promote and add value to New Zealand’s strong wool industry by proving that strong wool could be used in high end fashion garments.

Atér woollen coats are 100% grown, designed and made in New Zealand. By utilising thoughtful designs they have created pieces that will wrap you in warmth and last a lifetime.
