About Whiskers and Paws

Whiskers and Paws is owned and run by Carole Malone and Kim Shannon.

Carole has a background in nursing and midwifery, SPCA volunteer work and has been a cat lover all her life.

Kim has a rural/farming/real estate background and has always enjoyed having pets. Whiskers and Paws is a purpose-built boutique cattery in sunny Hawkes Bay. Our facilities are warm, comfortable and hygienic. The building is built to residential building standards and is positioned for all day sun, fully insulated, double glazed, with HRV system and ceiling heat panels to ensure adequate air-flow and warmth during the colder months. The entire facility is safe and secure with CCTV cameras and fire/intruder alarm.
