2025 RWNZ Leadership Development Programme
Are you looking to grow and build your leadership skills?
Do you want to learn more about your leadership style and how you can maximise your contribution to RWNZ and rural communities?
Are you ready to look deeply at yourself and how you impact others?
If you’re ticking these boxes, then our 2025 Leadership Development Programme could be the perfect next steps for you. RWNZ have partnered with rural specialist ‘people’ business No8HR to bring you this long awaiting programme which is designed to accelerate the growth of RWNZ current and future leaders.
With three face-to-face modules and coaching in between modules to support your growth, this is a comprehensive programme designed specifically for those either in leadership roles or wanting to equip themselves for leadership roles in RWNZ, their community and beyond.
If you’re interested you need to be ready to acknowledge and utilise your strengths, recognise areas of challenge and growth for yourself and be ready to understand how genuine leadership is about putting others at centre stage and the steps you can take to achieve this.
The programme includes the fundamentals of leadership including increasing self-awareness, your impact on others, growing and developing leadership skills within our current RWNZ context and between module coaching.
We are investing in this pilot programme in our Centennial year along with the help of RWNZ supporters who are providing financial or in-kind support.
The three face to face modules will be run in Wellington so you need to be available and able to travel for these dates.
