Noeline Holt, RWNZ Executive Officer highlighted some issues for rural customers when it comes to broadband and mobile phones on Sky Country 99TV’s Straight Talking programme, which went to air Friday 2 March.  She was a guest on the show along with Sarah Speight of Dairy Women’s Network.
